Nearly 40 agenda items were covered in 12 minutes at Cookshire-Eaton’s regular council meeting March 2. In-person public attendance was down to about 10 citizens, compared to over 100 at the post-election meetings in late 2025.

No public questions were asked prior to the meeting’s regular business, but council spent about 20 minutes answering questions from in-person and online attendees during the second public question period at the end of the meeting.
